A few weeks later Zazz advised computer problems and could not deliver for a few days. Sent a message via PayPal a few days ago and still no response. I have purchased many items from Zazz without any problems but am unlikely to do that again!

I ordered invites in August and then cancelled them pretty much 5 mins after ordering and paying for them and I am still waiting for my refund.

I keep being told that it has been processed and to check with my bank. I wish these reviews. I had used them before no problem. Looks like I won't be getting my money back at all. I ordered these invitations almost a month ago with the RSVP date being less than two weeks away.

I have contacted this company several times to which no one has responded. Never have I felt so let down and ripped off in my life. I spent hours creating our engagement party invitations and paid top dollar and now I have nothing.
