One of the better futures brokers Open E Cry is my favourite futures broker. Their platform is very customer-friendly, you really feel like you're in control of it. It seems after many updates of the software and after being bought out Open E Cry has been less customer-friendly though.

Myself i have experienced only a minimal amount of "bugs" and therefore never had to contact customer support.

All in all, I would still recommend for futures. Rates are quite cheap compared to other futures brokers. Open E Cry really Sucks Their system crashes all the time, their quotes are worthless, when they are working half the time they are wrong, commissions are high, I can't think of a single reason why anyone would ever want to trade here. I called and talked to several people about a problem with my account they caused.
